How a commercial cleanout works

Send photos of the space and tell us the hours we can work. We send one price. On the day, we load fixtures, furniture, inventory and debris, sweep, and send photos of the empty space with the invoice.

Usable furniture, fixtures and equipment go to donation, and we can document that. Metal racking and shelving go to a recycler. The rest goes to the county facility or transfer station for the address.

Who books this

Retail tenants closing a storefront on Broad Street or in a strip on Midlothian Turnpike. Restaurants replacing their dining room. Warehouses in eastern Henrico clearing a corner that became a graveyard for old racking. Property managers who need a vacated commercial unit broom-clean for the next tenant.

Why not a dumpster

A roll-off dumpster sits in your lot for a week, costs a delivery and pickup fee, and everything in it goes to the landfill. We come once, load it all, and a real share of it goes to donation or recycling. For most closeouts, we are faster and no more expensive.

Commercial Cleanouts questions

Can you work after hours or on a weekend?

Yes. Most commercial jobs happen after close or on a Sunday so the business is not disrupted. Tell us the window.

Do you have a certificate of insurance?

Yes. Licensed and insured in Virginia. We send the certificate to your landlord or property manager the same day you ask.

Can you handle a dumpster-sized job?

Yes. A closeout that would fill a roll-off is two or three trailer loads for us, and we sort for donation and recycling as we go, which a dumpster does not.

Do you invoice?

Yes. One invoice, photos of the cleared space attached.
