What sets the price
Four things. The photo answers most of them before we text you back.
How much there is
Volume is the main thing. A single couch and a full basement are different jobs, and the photo tells us which one you have.
How heavy it is
Concrete, brick, tile, dirt and shingles are priced by weight, not space. We say so before we quote, never after.
Where it sits
Curbside is quicker than a third-floor walk-up or a crawl space. Stairs, long carries and disassembly are in the number we text you.
Where it goes
Usable furniture and goods go to donation partners first. County disposal fees for the rest are already in the price.
What the number includes
One price for the whole job. Nothing is added on the driveway.
- Two people and the trailer
- All loading, carrying and disassembly
- Sweeping the space when we are done
- County disposal fees
- Donation drop-offs for anything usable
Pricing questions
Why is there no price list?
Because every pile is different. A list would have to be padded to cover the worst case, and most people would overpay. A photo gets you a number for your actual job.
Is the price you text me firm?
Yes. The number we send is what you pay. If the job turns out smaller than the photo made it look, you pay less. It does not go up on the driveway.
Do you charge to come look?
No. Most quotes happen from a photo within the hour. For a full cleanout or anything hard to photograph, we come look for free and quote the whole job.
Is there a minimum?
A single item is fine. Text the photo and we send a flat price for it.
What is not in the price?
Nothing is added on the day. Heavy material by weight is the only thing that changes how we quote, and we tell you that up front from the photo.
