How bulk pickup works
Text a photo of the pile and your zip. We send a flat price. We come, load it from the curb, the garage or the yard, and it is gone. Usable items go to donation. The rest goes to the county facility for your address.
The city schedule problem
Richmond’s bulk and brush program is real and it is free, but it runs every other week, it has rules about what can be out and when, and a pile left on the wrong week can get a ticket. Henrico and Chesterfield do not do curbside bulk at all for most addresses. You take it to the convenience center or you call someone. That is us.
After a move
The most common bulk call is the week after a move: broken-down boxes, packing paper, the furniture that did not fit, and three bags of things that got left in the garage. One photo, one price, one trip.
