What Midlothian jobs look like
Midlothian is planned neighborhoods with mature trees and a lot of back decks. The houses were built in waves, from Brandermill in the late seventies through Hallsley and Rountrey in the last ten years, which means the older neighborhoods are now on their second deck, second hot tub and third round of kids’ furniture. Those are our jobs: deck teardowns, hot tub removal, garage cleanouts, and the bedroom set that did not survive the move to college.
Almost every neighborhood here has an association with architectural rules. That is fine with us. The whole reason people in Woodlake call a hauler instead of dragging stuff to the curb is that the curb is not allowed.
Where your stuff goes
The Northern Area Convenience Center on Warbro Road is minutes from Brandermill and Woodlake, which makes Midlothian one of the fastest places we serve. It is open seven days a week, so a Saturday pickup ends at the county the same afternoon.
The good stuff never gets there. The Habitat ReStore on Mall Drive is right off the Turnpike and takes furniture, cabinets, doors, tile and fixtures. Goodwill takes the household goods. A treadmill, a patio set or a working dryer all find another home before we go anywhere near the landfill.
A Midlothian job, with photos
The dumpster corral in our gallery is a Midlothian rental property. The tenant had left more than the corral could hold and the hauler would not touch it. We bagged the loose debris, loaded it all, and swept the pad so the container could be serviced on schedule. Photos are below.

Things to know before you text
- Hot tubs. Kill the breaker before we get there. We handle the rest.
- Attached decks. Send a photo of the ledger where the deck meets the house. It changes how we take it down.
- Rental turnovers. Property managers in the Village and Westchester area: we do turnovers. Send the unit photos and the date and we will price the whole thing.
