Why Richmond calls us

A small crew that shows up on time and quotes a number before we touch anything.

Text us a photo by noon and we can usually be there before dinner. Henrico, Chesterfield and the city.

You get one firm price before we lift a thing. No fuel fees, no surprise labor charges.

  • We Donate
    First

Anything usable goes to Goodwill of Central Virginia, Habitat ReStore or the Richmond SPCA before the dump.

How it works

Three steps. Most jobs need no site visit.

  1. Debris piled along the side of a shed in a Richmond back yardPhoto sent, 9:41 AM

    1. Send a photo

Text or upload a photo of the pile. Couch, garage, whole basement, does not matter.

  2. An old wooden playset in a fenced Richmond back yard, with our text reply: firm price sent, Thursday 2pmPrice sent. Thursday 2pm work?

    2. Get a price

We text back one firm price for the whole job. That is the number you pay, nothing added on the driveway.

  3. Our trailer loaded with junk in front of a brick Richmond houseGone by 3:15 PM

    3. We haul it

We show up in the window we agreed, load it, sweep up, and take usable stuff to Goodwill or ReStore first.

Questions people ask us

Short answers. Text us for anything else.

Do you charge to come out?

No. Most quotes happen from a photo. If we do need to see it, the visit is free.

What can't you take?

Hazardous stuff: wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, propane. Almost everything else is fine, including mattresses, tires and TVs.

How fast can you get here?

Same day for most of Richmond and Henrico if you text before noon. Next day otherwise.

Do I need to be home?

No. If the pile is outside or in an open garage, we can send before and after photos and you pay by text.

Where does it go?

Usable furniture and goods go to Goodwill of Central Virginia, Habitat ReStore, or the Richmond SPCA thrift. Metal gets recycled. The rest goes to the transfer station.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, both, in Virginia. Ask and we will send the certificate.
